The Beggar

The Australian  Shepherd has always been a great breed of working dog.  They are intelligent and loyal companions.  On one of my trips to the ranches in Texas, I took along my dog, Joe.  I was not sure about his manners around the horses and cattle, but Joe did okay.  It was the cowboys I had not counted on.  A good-hearted bunch of men, they were always throwing Joe some scraps.  Joe became “THE BEGGAR”.
