It's That Time Again

Getting a hair cut usually meant going to the barber shop; but when times were
hard or you loved too far out in the country, a pair of scissors and a skilled
parent would do the job. In this painting, it's that time again, and this little
guy wants to make sure his mom gets it exactly right. The closeness between a
mother and son is very special and the artist wanted to show that emotion in his
painting.
