of the greatest commissions for any wildlife artist is the duck stamp.
I've entered the federal competition for the honor for six years, always
with a humorous twist, but to no avail. Finally, instead, I decided to
do this parody of the Federal Duck Stamp, which allows you to hunt
throughout the nation.
